Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Please choose carefully as we DO NOT do refunds.

However exchanges and a credit note can be provided. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know next steps.

To start a return, you can contact us at streetsandmore@gmail.com.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days
after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: ALL goods are checked for any damages/issues before being sent.

You can always contact us for any return question at streetsandmore@gmail.com.

Will my product look exactly like the photos?

We're a small family-run business and currently photograph many of our products ourselves using a phone. Some images may be digitally enhanced or formatted using AI-assisted tools to create a cleaner and more consistent look accross our website.

While we do our best to represent each product as accurately as possible, colours, proportions and small details may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings or image processing.

We're continuously improving our product photography, and updated images will be added as we grow.

If you'd like to see additional photos of a product before purchasing, please feel free to contact us at streetsandmore@gmail.com

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We will always send a tracking number with your parcel. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at streetsandmore@gmail.com.

Free shipping available on orders over $180 (South Island)
